Service Package Display Issues

If packages are not displaying correctly for the customers chosen vehicle model, ensure that categories are configured correctly. For detailed instructions on creating, editing, and categorizing packages, refer to the Packages Documentation.

Wrong Business Hours Displayed on Booking System

If the business hours displayed on your booking interface do not accurately reflect your actual operating times, this could lead to scheduling conflicts. For more detailed instructions on setting and managing business hours, refer to the Settings Documentation.

Unable to Mark Booking as Complete

If staff are unable to mark a booking as complete, it may be because the Quality Control (QC) checklists have not been fully completed. Ensure that all checklist items have been checked off and that the correct checklists are assigned to the relevant service package. Clients Unable to Schedule Appointments
