Managing Bookings

Bookings made through Shop Tweak's online system are immediately synchronized with the dashboard and displayed under the "Bookings" section. The booking management system in Shop Tweak provides a detailed overview of all customer appointments, organized within a centralized and user-friendly interface.

Calendar View

Visualize and manage daily and monthly appointments through the Calendar view. Switch between Month View and Day View to see highlighted days with scheduled bookings or a detailed timeline of a single day’s bookings.

Map View

Provides a geographic visualization of bookings on a map, enhancing route planning and market analysis. Access detailed booking information directly by clicking on icons representing each booking.

All Bookings

Offers a holistic view of all past, current, and upcoming bookings through a user-friendly interface. Navigate and filter bookings based on their status to manage operations efficiently. Choose between visual card display or a detailed column view for better navigation and data comparison.

To view or edit the booking page for a specific appointment, including vehicle details, booking specifics, and client history, simply click on any appointment in the Map, Calendar, or All Bookings view.

How to Edit Appointments in Shop Tweak

To access and edit a customers appoint inside the "Edit Booking" tab:

  1. Navigate to the "Bookings" section from the main dashboard.

  2. Select the desired booking from the Calendar view, Map view, or the All Bookings list.

  3. Click on the specific booking to open its detailed booking page.

  4. Within this page, you can make various edits to the booking.

Clicking on any booking takes users directly to that specific appointment page, which contains all relevant details and functionalities required to manage and edit that specific booking efficiently.

Here are some of the features you can utilize:

  • Adjust booking details such as vehicle type, date, and time.

  • Sync notifications with personal calendars for seamless scheduling.

  • Monitor and log activities related to the booking for quality control and staff communication.

  • Access client history to provide context for current edits and enhance customer service interactions.

  • Assign and edit staff members to manage resource allocation based on availability or expertise.

  • Utilize integrated map views to update or confirm location details, providing essential one-click directions for mobile detailing appointments.

  • Upload before and after images for the appointment to ensure quality control and manage employee performance.

Marking an Appointment as Complete

Upon order completion, click "Start Checkout" to fill out the quality control checklist and update job details, including final price, job duration, and payment status. Submit the form to finalize the order.
