Managing Clients in Shop Tweak
Whenever a customer books an appointment through the Shop Tweak online system, a client profile is created for new customers or updated for existing ones, including details such as contact information, booking history, lifetime value, and appointment status. For returning customers, new appointments are seamlessly integrated into their existing profiles.
The "Clients" section in Shop Tweak is structured to efficiently organize and facilitate easy access to customer profiles and their associated bookings.
Accessing Client Information
To view a client's details:
Navigate to the "All Clients" section to view the list of all customers.
Click on a specific client to access their profile.
From here, you can view their booking history and use the provided links to directly call or email the client.
Editing a Client's Booking Information
To edit a client's specific booking details:
Navigate to the "All Clients" section to view the list of all customers.
Click on a specific client to access their profile.
Select the booking you want to edit from the client's profile. Inside the booking page, you'll be able to modify any associated details. For detailed instructions on how to make these changes, click here.
