Integrating Packages

How Service Packages Integrate With the Booking System

In Shop Tweak, the visibility and prominence of service packages in the online booking system are controlled through specific settings in the package creation form.

Utilize the "Public" and "Featured" options to optimize how packages appear to customers.

Making Packages Available on the Booking System

To ensure that a service package is available for customers to book, it must be marked as "Public." Here’s how to set a package to public:

  1. Navigate to the "Packages" section in your Shop Tweak dashboard and either create a new package or edit an existing one.

  2. Find the checkbox labeled "Public" in the form builder. Check this box to ensure the package is visible to all customers browsing your booking system.

Featuring a Service Package

To highlight a specific package among your offerings, use the "Featured" option. This feature helps to attract customer attention to particular packages by distinguishing them with a highlighted call-to-action button, colored title, and a "Most Popular" badge. Here’s how to feature a package:

  1. When creating or editing a package, locate the "Featured" checkbox.

  2. Check the "Featured" box to designate this package as a key offering.

Best Practices for Featuring Packages

To ensure clarity and focus in your service offerings, it's recommended to feature only one package per vehicle size category (e.g., Extra Small, Small, Medium, etc.).

Opt for featuring packages that not only yield the highest profitability but also deliver substantial value to customers, thereby encouraging more bookings.
