Shop Tweak simplifies payroll by allowing you to assign staff to bookings and accurately track job completion times and service prices. This system offers a robust solution for efficiently tracking employee hours and streamlining the payroll process.

How to Use Shop Tweak to Track Payroll

1. Assign Staff to Bookings

Accurately assign each booking to the correct staff member(s) to ensure clear accountability and precise tracking of hours worked. This method maintains a detailed record of each employee's responsibilities and service commitments.

2. Log Completion Times & Service Price

Staff must accurately log the time taken to complete each appointment within it's dedicated booking page. To do this, navigate to the booking page for that appointment and click "Start Checkout." Here, staff can enter details such as the final price and the job completion time, which should correspond to the actual duration spent on the service.

3. Review and Validate Time Logs

Regularly review time logs in the "Staff" section of the dashboard to ensure the accuracy of recorded times. To do this, select a staff member's profile, click "View", and examine their activity and job history. To learn more, see Staff Management.
